Despite strict quality tests, which all products from NEDIS undergo before shipment, we have recently noticed that the RF Lamp Socket (brand NEDIS) has a production defect.

 

Research has shown that the article does not comply with electrical safety guidelines. Due to the construction of the article, it is possible to come into contact with the live part of the lamp when replacing the light bulb. This creates the risk of an electrical shock. Because safety is very important to NEDIS, we are recalling these items via a recall campaign.

 

NEDIS urgently requests everyone who has bought one or more of the above mentioned product, to stop using this product immediately and return it to the (web-)shop where bought. You will receive a full refund against the original purchase price.

 

Customers (retail) with stock:
Please STOP the sales of the product and contact us by mail with the following information:

• Customer Number
• Quantity of this product currently in stock.

All products in stock have to be returned to NEDIS via RMA process and will be refunded against the original purchase price.
Customers (retail) without stock:
You are kindly requested to send a confirmation “that you don’t have stock of this product anymore” via e-mail to below address. Please mention also your customer number.

 

Consumers (end-users):
STOP using this product and contact your seller or the (web) shop where you bought the product: they will provide you with information about returning the product / refund.
